Refund Policies for Events and Webinars

Specific refund policies for each event will be included in the event promotions and confirmation emails. In general, requests for refunds must be sent in writing via email to the NYSCDM Executive Director at least two weeks before the event. This includes the Upstate Symposium, Downstate Symposium and Annual Conference. When refunds are granted, a small handling fee will be deducted. Webinars are free to members and $50 for nonmembers.
