Refund Policies for EventsSpecific refund policies for each event will be included in the event promotions and confirmation emails. In general, requests for refunds for in-person events must be sent in writing via email to the NYSCDM Executive Director by the deadline specified for the event. When refunds are granted, a modest handling fee will be deducted. Since online events are held on Zoom and recorded, they are not eligible for refunds because on-demand recordings will be provided after the event.
